With a strong foundation in the construction industry, our group has successfully established two leading companies. The first, Elite Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd., was our initial venture that laid the groundwork for our expertise and reputation. Recognizing the immense potential in the construction sector, we expanded our portfolio by founding SBA Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd. This strategic move has allowed us to further strengthen our presence and deliver exceptional construction services, catering to a diverse range of projects. With a steadfast commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction, we continue to shape skylines and build a better future through our construction endeavors.

LPG and Petroleum

Our foray into the LPG and petroleum sector marked a significant milestone in our journey. In 2008, we initiated our presence by establishing three fuel filling centers. Recognizing the immense potential in this vital sector, we took a leap forward in 2012 by acquiring three leading LPG companies in Nepal: BABA Gas, SHREE Gas, and LUMBINI Gas. These acquisitions solidified our position as a key player in the industry, enabling us to provide reliable and efficient LPG services to meet the energy needs of industries and households alike. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, we continue to lead the way in the LPG segment, driving progress and ensuring a steady supply of this essential resource.

Manufacturing

Our entry into the manufacturing segment in 2006 marked a significant milestone in our journey towards diversification. It began with our investment in Hetauda Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd., one of the oldest engineering companies in Nepal. Since then, we have expanded our manufacturing portfolio by investing in various production units. These units are dedicated to producing a wide range of products including G.I. Wire, Gabion Box, Electric Pole, Suspension Bridges, Motorable Truss Bridges, and Steel Structures. With a focus on quality, innovation, and meeting the evolving needs of our customers, we have established ourselves as a trusted provider of high-quality manufacturing solutions.

TRADING

Elite Traders Pvt. Ltd., a sister concern of Elite Construction Pvt. Ltd., was established in 2014 to bridge the gap between the construction industry and construction material manufacturers. Our primary goal is to fulfill the specific requirements of customers in the construction sector. As representatives of global manufacturers and wholesalers, we offer a wide range of products. With a reliable and efficient network of suppliers, we maintain the highest standards of product quality and timely delivery. Our proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to addressing customer and supplier concerns have earned us a strong reputation in the industry. From initial enquiry to final delivery and beyond, we ensure that every aspect of the order is carefully monitored and attended to.

BANKING & INSURANCE

Recognizing the potential and future prospects, Elite Group ventured into the financial sector with strategic investments. We began by investing in Tourism Development Bank, foreseeing the demand and growth opportunities. Today, the bank is known as Nepal Investment Mega Bank Ltd. Additionally, acknowledging the significance of the insurance segment, we made a significant investment as Promoter Directors in Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Ltd. These investments reflect our foresight and commitment to diversifying our portfolio while contributing to the development of the financial and insurance sectors. Through these ventures, we aim to provide valuable financial services and insurance solutions to our customers, while driving growth and innovation in the industry.

ENERGY

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainable development and renewable energy, Elite Group has expanded its investments into the energy sector. We have recently established Elite Power Pvt. Ltd. with the aim of investing in and developing green energy projects in Nepal. Our ambitious goal is to contribute to the generation of more than 200 MW of clean and renewable energy by 2035. By harnessing the power of green energy sources, we strive to reduce carbon emissions, promote environmental sustainability, and pave the way for a greener future in Nepal. Through Elite Power Pvt.
